HANK ANDERSON: In this firm what we do is criminal defense. I first started practicing law in 1991. The first year I worked for a judge. And working with him, it gave me the opportunity to meet a lot of other judges, meet the law clerks, meet the court personnel. Todd Tucker, who works with me, he was the legal counsel for the sheriff's office for eight years. And so he's got a great connection with the local sheriff's office. And we've also got a good connection with other attorneys in this area.
If someone indicates to us that they want to enter a plea, then we're going to do what we can to work it out with the sheriff's office, the prosecutor, whoever we have to. If they want a trial, then we're going to do everything that we can to give that person the best trial we can.
Todd Tucker, my partner, he won't be going to trial by himself and vice versa, I won't be going to trial by myself. He and I will both be working on that person's case. We're going to do all the research, we're going to do all the witness preparation, we're going to do everything that we can to give that person the best trial in the world.
